I'm split...
Well, here you have it. the Nyko customiseable faceplate for the Xbox360.

On first impressions, i thought it was quite a funky piece of kit, but i do have one or 2 reservations about it.

Firstly, i would say you DO need quite a decent, good quality printer if youre going to make some faceplate inserts.

Secondly, You WILL need to toy with your paper loader on your printer, as when you print out your faceplate it is not -exactly- central to the punch-out.

Thirdly, obviously this depends on where your 360 is in your room, my problem is that i can hardly see my faceplate because of my light glaring onto and off of the clear plastic exterior of the faceplate.

I will also add that it does almost feel as though youre about to snap the darn thing in half when you clip the clear cover onto the backing plate, but i guess that is to be expected from a third party accessory.

All in all, a good effort, and i admit it is fun to play around and make your own designs to decorate the front of your 360.

Good Item
Does exactly what it says on the packaging , the skins that come with it are so , so but you can customise your own but it tends to be a bit fiddly with positioning. Your xbox looks a bit chunkier at the front as well with the plastic plate and if you have a white one , you need to stick to lighter coloured images as it clashes with the white and looks out of place . , same again for the black xbox 360 , worth it though to make the machine a bit funkier

A genius piece of kit
Very clever, this thing is. Lets you easily switch between included faceplates, or even better, make your own!! Just be careful when attaching it, but it looks brilliant, which is all a skin is supposed to do!!!!

Hi,

I'm from germany and haven't found a drum silencer set
out there yet so i baught @amazon.co.uk

I like it very much till now, and dont feel any loss of sensity
on the medium difficulty. these neopren/rubber pads work great
and the "clack,clack,clack" sound of drummin on plastic is now
much more silent "dunk,dunk,dunk" ^^
normally i play with earphones on, without the pads i
heared the "clack,clack" and with them i now hear nothin.

the only important thing i would recommend is to make really sure
every pad fits excellent on the drums, because if there is just
little air between the pads and the drums, the sound reduce isnt
existent, but if they are installed right its fun to play.

exelent skins for the rock band drum kit they bounce perfect when hit as other people have said tho make sure they are properly fitted they work like a charm a little air and they dont work so fit them tight and your good to go the price is spot on too, 5 stars from me.
Able to drum perfect on expert now : )

Loss Of Noise = Loss Of Sensitivity... A Little.
Likewise with what has been written previously, the sensitivity has been lessened through the use of these pads. But i think roughly only 1 note in every 100 are dropped, depending on the speed of the hits.
I played "Behind Blue Eyes" to test these pads properly as the song has 2 minutes without drums, effectively giving you freestyle drums for that time. I played drums rolls and odd beats were missed, but only as i was playing softer and faster. With just a steady beat the drums connected with every hit. You do have to play harder then before but i think the majority wont have a problem.
You have to weigh up whether ud prefer to have quieter sound when playing, and next to no damage to the drums, or have the sensitivity that bit better but having that loud irritating sound.
Also i must note that the pads are so easy to get on and off that if you want to go for 100% on a song... just take them off! for £10 i think its worth it, they are very well made.

you get what you pay for here! cheap and very thin. Yes they give you a good grip but thats only if you manage to get them on the controller's etc without them spliting!!

Cool Skins
Bought the pink and the green for my daughter and son. They now have their own wii controllers and can identify them by colour - much excitement on their arrival. The skins were really easy to put on and can be easily slipped off at the bottom to allow charging without having to remove the whole thing. Had them for about a month now and they still look great. Quite a bargain.

Wii cases
This product i found to be brilliant for the wii remote and nunchuk, i purchased the pink and blue, quite easy to put on the blue more than the pink but they protect the wii remote and nunchuk. The cases are perfect fit for both controller and gives it a better grip especialy when using them, they come in a good variety of colours so i will be purchasing other colours when i buy more controllers, brilliant product!

My son chose this for his Wii controls - I just paid for it! He was very pleased with it, it's a great product at a very good price. Highly recommend.

Great value for money!
I love these things! I bought the pink, green, orange and blue ones at the same time. Currently I use the pink and my parnter uses the green - we haven't had chance to use the orange and blue as we still have only 2 controllers. We love them and our friends have commented on them and said they'll be getting them too! They haven't torn, they look great and it's nice to have different controllers to all of our friends. I love the fact that you get matching covers for the numchucks!

The only down side is that my pink covers are different to the green, orange and blue ones because they all have little nobbly grips on the underside for the remote and nunchuck, but my pink ones don't have any grip they're just completely smooth, and they all have a gap on the underside of the remote to accomodate rechargeable battery connectors so you can just put the remote in the charging dock without removing the covers - again my pink one doesn't so I have to keep rolling my pink one back to recharge the battery - as it's a little fiddly to get them on and off, I do find it annoying constantly rolling the cover back to recharge, but it's obviously not that much of a problem otherwise I would have swapped and used one of the other colours by now. So if this is going to be a problem for you then I suggest you e-mail the seller to ask first, it may be that they sent me the wrong pink one, or they have got new stock in by now.

if you are looking for a coulourful solution to protect and decorate you controllers this is the product for you! i bought this skin and a couple others just to brighten up my wii controllers and i love them! and its comes with matching nunchuk skin! also it makes it so much easier to tell whos remote is who if you put it down while playin with friends!! and of course its a great price - best i could find!

my Nintendo DS bag , was a very good buy, and I am most pleased with it, it as all the features that I could wish for, large enough to hold my Nintendo DS, plus my charger, and spare games, the interior is padded for extra safety of my DS. it can we used three ways, one being just a bag, or by attaching a strap so it can be worn round the waist, or with another strap which is easily attached so it can be worn like a shoulder bag, or across the body, which is very handy when travelling and having to carry other luggage, its ideal for travelling, or for keeping your Nintendo safe in the home. I found nothing to match this bag in any of the high street shops, I bought my Nintendo from a well known retail outlet, but they had nothing as good as this to offer. I found two colours , pink, and black, I bought the black one, simply because my DS is red, and also it goes with the rest of my luggage which is also black.

These are by far the best value and quality screen protectors we've come accross and we've tried a few.

They attach easily and are much harder wearing than the ones that come in cheap accessory kits.

first impressions are good
looks like a quality protector. Just be sure the screens are very clean before application, and know that tab 1 is removed to uncover the tacky side that needs applied to the screen (do not touch this side with anything you don't want to end up stuck to it and sandwiched between protector and screen), tab 2 is for the outer side.

This product was easy to install. Remember clean your DS before installing. Remember wash your hands. Quality was good, excellent. I made wrong installation, but it was easy to repair. Skin was enough good material to take off and install. Be careful with dust before installation. THANK YOU!
